Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:
· The item is unused and in its original condition
· The item is returned with original packaging
· The item is not damaged due to misuse or handling
Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene or safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:
· Jewellery
· Personalized or customized items
· Items marked as final sale

Please include:
· Your order number
· The reason for return
· Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service as Plush & Lush cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter quickly. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
